Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Aperto Kitchens. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we have carefully sourced. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Aperto Kitchens.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought off our website, or if you are not happy with it, you have 14 days to apply for a refund to return the item and a further 14 days to return the item. You can start this process easily by contacting us by phone or email (please see below). We have separate terms and conditions for our bespoke kitchens and garden designs, please contact us for more details.

If you would like to return a product, please follow these guidelines:

  • The product must be in unused condition if it is not faulty.

  • The product must be damage free unless it has been damaged in transit.

  • In the highly unlikely event a product is damaged in transit, please document this by taking photos, contact us, and we will resolve this asap.



We at Aperto Kitchens commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.


All the items that can be purchased online ship free. Aperto Kitchens in many cases pay for return shipping costs, but this is depending on your individual circumstances and because a lot of our products are bespoke and made to order. If you have any concerns about shipping costs, please contact us prior to your purchase via email or phone (please see below).
